Plusnet maintain that only a small number of people are affected by the issues highlighted in the monster thread. If that is the case it should be no problem giving compensation to them while they have a line that is not fit for purpose (I'm particularly thinking those who are gamers).
So Plusnet, you have two choices:
- Pay proper compensation to those affected
- Admit that the problem is far bigger than you are admitting.

However many are affected, there is a serious question for PlusNet of whether and how they will compensate us for the problems experienced on the new network.

How the hell are customers going to get compensation ? When they cant even get support questions answered ?
Speaking of free BB ... I just seen a sky advert on tv a few mins ago, sky are giving FREE FIBRE for 12 months if you take out phone rental of £17.99 and you dont have to have skytv either. Bearing in mind you only get a 25gig monthly allowance :S

25gig on fibre
At the daughter's house they do that easily in 2 days and they're not on fibre.

Are customers who were offered to try the new (trial) network allowed to ask for compensation, Some of us were asked to try it in order to help plusnet. As most of us agreed to the trial does this mean compensation may not be given to those who have suffered badly from the affects of moving over?
