Apologies for the misinformation.

I believe our Marketing team are sending out automated emails to customers offering a fibre deal once the cabinet is enabled.

I wouldn't be able to guarantee you'll get the email as soon as it becomes available.

I would advise checking periodically at either www.dslchecker.bt.com or https://www.homeandwork.openreach.co.uk/when-can-i-get-fibre.aspx

As I also advised, it's probably best if they check themselves on DSL Checker.
