I've just received my latest Which online newsletter & am pleased to see that Plusnet's performance has increased massively over the past 12 months. In the words of Which:

"An impressive performance and hiigh levels of customer satisfaction".

I happily echo those words.

I might be frustrated as all hell with my current ISP issues but the customer support is second to none. Just take a gander at my reply from their Twitter account yesterday (and yes, it was stable). You wouldn't see any other ISP's staff having that sense of humour!
