Plusnet are not alone in this BUT it is infuriating! 'Contact us' seems to mean' Let us just see how far we can annoy you before you give up trying to find a Question ANYWHERE near the one you want to know and say 'Blow it' and give up!'
I just wanted to know how much 'Call barring' would cost and the length of contract. Not a lot to ask is it? After an HOUR I decided to join the Forum to see if there are any kindred souls!

Hi there , and welcome to the forums
PN do not offer call barring at the moment, they are one of the few who don't.
There was a thread started a few months ago from others who wanted this feature.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Have a look on the Home Phone board, it depends what you want, they can do a manual setup of some things but you have to pay 3 months in advance.
