My last ticket question was raised and fully dealt with in under 3 hours, a week ago.
And that is pretty much par for the course I find.
I wonder how much of the average closure response time was down to the customer taking time to reply to CS queries raised ?

Not to sure why they hadn't updated, they are up-to-date now.
Our ticket times haven't been any different to normal, looks like it was just an oversight.
