The only issues ive had, in sending email has been a typing mistake in my SPF record (which meant Hotmail & some others were panning all my emails) - my outgoing goes directly to the IP according to the DNS records.
i thought the general consensus was that the blocklists are "of little help" and your better off having a well trained anti-spam platform.

I suspect this may fail with some mail servers as you will be shown as being in the dynamic IP pool.
