But if you try to get an answer from Livechat, the chances are they will say, as they did to me, that's not an issue I can help you with, ring  0800 432 0200 (i.e. customer services). So more wasted time and another long wait on hold.

Twitter team are pretty good although i'm still waiting for a update from my query but normally i have found them to be superb might be worth tweeting them op.

"Twitter team" twittering on twitter detracts from their capacity to deliver serve here, so please do not try to use both channels.  It is self defeating.
Posting here on many matters can result in users getting the help they need quicker through having access to a wide number of non PlusNet (community) skills.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

i dont have twitter or facebook i think more support needs to be directed at plusnet phone and website rather than twitter and facebook. I didnt sign upto those programs for my internet services!

Could not agree more - those channels do not result in the sharing of knowledge - they are simply self serving.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
