resolved? is it rollox.
4 months on, still no refund to the double billing, still no resolution to the fact you dont inform us when the monthly bill is due, and we have so far acrued 90 quid in bank charges, not to mention the double payment that was taken from us, and not refunded.
best bit is we cant get through to anyone that makes ANY sense, or is capable of understanding notes left by senior management.
Good HONEST broadband from yorkshire? whats HONEST about plusnet?
