I am new to Plusnet, coming from Idnet, simply on cost. it is not reasonable to expect the same service as Idnet (excellent) for the same price. However it seems to be taking forever to get connected. Thankfully Sharon has taken up my case, So hopefully I will be joining sometime soon. The problem seems to be Planet's inability to handle direct debit well. I find this amazing as it is their source of income. It is obvious from what I have read that I am not alone with DD problems. I am hoping to get Plusnet to handle my other internet functions in the near future, but they will have to prove their capability first! prove their
