I find that customers who have a little patience and a few manners get things sorted a lot more smoothly than the kicking and screaming customers - it may take a bit of time but generally things get sorted.
There are a few who I feel genuinely sorry for which PN don't seem to be able to help but it certainly isn't through lack of trying.

Some of the most difficult of issues have been brought to a good resolution through the willingness to listen and follow good advice, sometimes even complex advice. It is interesting to observe that often is it the older generation (65+) who claiming to be not IT literate, have manage to work through the most complex of issues. There are three or four who stand out over recent months. Such people are a joy to assist... those who rant and rave need to work out why they come here - to vent steam or to obtain help. The approaches are different and can significantly affect the journey.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

but he is right PN dont do a bad job just the Odd hickup
