Did anyone see PlusNet offer in September of £25 discount on the third month, after joining? It was on their site on the £2.99 per month unlimited broadband and calls, in a red box with a star. I know I saw it or how else would I know about it.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
