Ticket  ID: 26721226 was raised. Already got a response from CSC confirming that the switch is not normally possible, but they will pass my request through internally (presumably this means directly to you).

I know it's against the rules, but the ticket (ID: 26721226) seems to have stalled - no update for over a week. Ticket does not appear to be waiting for any response from me, but I don't want it to be closed if I don'r respond within 2 weeks.
Any chance of an update soon?

ps you don't need to worry about tickets closing after 14 days unless they have been passed back to you.

I've got this ticket with me personally now. It won't get closed unless you or I specifically close it so don't worry about that.
I'm just waiting for one of our lovely developers to action this for you and then I'll confirm the change.
