Due to a relocation through my employer i have had to cancel my contract and as the propoerty i am moving to has an existing contact with another provider i could not take my contract with me.
Shocking service received.completeley unempathetic. £90 to pay deferred router cost/cancellation????
No understanding
I will never use this company.unhelpful, patronising and no idea of service.
I am disgusted

If Plusnet have incurred expenses relating to your account it seems reasonable that they recoup them.

Just out of interest who is paying that and why isn't it cancelled if the previous occupant has left?
If you're relocating your employer should be paying reasonable moving costs.
Apart from that, check the length of your contract with PN and ask for a breakdown/explanation of any termination charges. There will normally be some in any contract for any service within the initial period, but they have to be fair and reasonable.

Isn't a house move £65 if you leave within 12 months? If so that and a cancellation fee of £25 would come to £90.
