Disgusting attitude of staff

Sent me email to call about account review as my contract is due then in April. I phoned today and the operator I spoke to needs severely disciplining,  his attitude was so appalling I have never been spoken to in such a manner. You have lost another customer, there are better deals elsewhere without the sick attitude of such operators.

I gave him some back and he didn't like it, tough J***E

It might of made you feel better but it doesn’t help, especially if the call is listened to in response to this complaint. You would be better off stating your disappointment, telling the agent that you would be raising a complaint about his attitude and ringing off.

If you can’t get the deal you want you can always try again another day without raising your blood pressure in the process.

I remained calm and assertive and stated my case. They can listen to the call with pleasure. It was the guys attitude that raised my blood pressure. I terminated the call calmly as I wasn't prepared to be spoken to in such a manner and he was still ranting on and on.  He also needs to get his facts right before telling me I would have early termination fees to pay as I have an email stating otherwise,!!!!!!  I have a recording of the call myself.  Bye bye Plusnet.

I second @Baldrick1. I had one similar experience a few years ago. Maybe he had a bad day. Just try again and choose "thinking of leaving" but not on a Sunday!!

Hello, No need to call back thank you as your renewal price is too high and I do not want fibre. 
You offered a good deal to join plusnet last year but you cannot offer a good deal to retain customers.
