Do Plusnet ever pay £50 cash back?

i am still waiting for this cheque . by now you should be able to tell me if it is at least been posted by now or if plusnet has ever intended to honor its part of the deal .

I've tracked the cash back and I can see this has not yet been posted. I've re escalated this back to our Marketing team for an update. I'll receive a response by email within 5 working days, usually sooner. Once I have an update I'll let you know.

This is not good enough. Its the same excuse time and time again . I know your only the go between but your the one who has to deal with the mess. 5 working days over easter amounts to another 2 weeks .i think being calm and patient has got me nowhere .

I am really sorry about the delay, I agree it shouldn't take this long to issue you with your cheque. We do intend on paying you this, and we will let you know once we receive an update from the escalation I've raised to our Marketing team.

Just to echo on here with what I updated your ticket with, my colleague from Marketing has now arranged for your cheque to be sent out. Please allow 14 days for delivery. Once more, sorry for the delays.

My cashback turned up today. I had no issues with with my payment and did not need to chase it.

Sorry to add to this but my £50 cheque hasn't arrived yet. I went to the appropriate page to request it during April so I feel it ought to have arrived by now.

If I revisit that page I get "Your claim has already been redeemed and is currently being processed, so will arrive with you shortly."

I'm sure it will arrive eventually but would appreciate a little reassurance.
