A long time ago, back in the mists of time, PJ actually got the Digicare guys to trial this.  They didn't like it
Apparently it's been updated a lot since then though and we are going to have another look at it soon!

Suggest you phone customers when promised, not play around with a filter system to stop you seeing them first
