I have tried 4 times over the last 3 days totalling Around 40 mins of waiting for no one to ever answer to help! You say your committed to good customer service? Well that’s a joke!

Yes but it’s been unavailable all day all I want to do is notify of Moving home.

If you go via my linky in the previous posts, it should be available... however... you may see a notice about switching off adblockers

I don't know whether it's just another number for general CS, but if it isn't you might get a quicker response.
