Domain Half Transferred.. Ticket #76933533

A week ago I requested that a domain hosted on one of my accounts be  moved to another.
This was actioned within a day or so.... or so it seemed.
However, only the web hosting points to the second account. Email is still arriving at the first.
I updated the ticket, but have had no response. I've resisted bumping it here, but I'm stuck with a domain straddled between two accounts for days now.
I'd be grateful is someone could take a look.

I've just picked that up for you, that should hopefully fix this within a few hours. I'll reply back to ticket 76933533 shortly in more detail.

How long should i wait? I'm getting 550 Invalid Recipient responses at 18:30  [and again at 23:39]
