If you need to contact Plusnet through the website visit the Contact Us link at the top of any of the website pages and work from there. Contact Us gives both telephone contact numbers and a link to the Help Assistant which will take you to this page. Click an appropriate heading (eg Customer Services) and category (and possibly also subcategory) until you are shown a ticket form to complete and submit. You will be notified by email (and SMS if selected) when the ticket has been responded to, and a prompt will appear on the Member Centre home page.
Going through the Heading and categories helps to get the query directed to the appropriate ticket pool.

great, except none of that worked

so I have had enough and moved to BT

Well good luck there mate, you'll soon regret it. I wouldn't use those sharks as an ISP ever again after being one of their 0808 victims years ago. Stuff that. They're nothing but trouble.
All I can say is that we're happy PN customers. Granted we weren't always but things got sorted out by James and compared to BT they're a godsend.
You come back to PN and get James to sort out your issues. He's really good and making customers into happy customers.
Most here will tell you that I speak my mind - just ask OldJim. If I'm saying PN are reliable (once they get you sorted out) then I am telling you the truth. We did have issues but they got those sorted and we've had minimal hassle since then.

And Im telling you from my experiences. Your experiences with BT were from years ago so you need to update your opinions

People will always judge others on problems they've never suffered themselves.

As the customer can no longer receive assistance from PN due to migration can I suggest this thread is left to gracefully die

Re: Dreadful Service

I have to say that none of this has been my experience.  I have just returned to Plusnet after a three year absence with  O2 (truly dreadful service despite all their 'awards') andt very expensive Virgin Media (whose pricing structure is Byzantine).  There was a problem with the kit I was sent - it turned out the ADSL cable was faulty.  But the guy was really helpful.  Yes, there was a wait due to the poor weather, but when I got through after about 15 minutes, the service was polite and really helpful.
The initial speeds I am getting are a bit slow - barely 6 MB, but I can hardly complain when I am paying less than a third what I was paying Virgin.
Early days, but so far, not too bad.

As usual PN do want to hear their faults and allow people to speak to me about my experiences.
Unusual? No.....that's PlusNet

An incidentally: I am still a customer of PlusNet as they are charging me until 14th of this month.... are you suggesting that I refuse to pay my bill from this point onwards?

<snip> Try making sure of the facts before you post. Moderators DO NOT work for Plusnet, they are volunteers who freely give of their own time and receive no benefits at all (apart from very occasionally an early preview of new stuff coming along).

Re: Dreadful Service

And calling someone an "idiot" is not really very nice or constructive.
From what I've seen, the Plus net groupies just resort to  this sort of thing when someone dares to criticise the beloved Plusnet.

Re: Dreadful Service

If you care to look around you'd see that I'm as prepared to give PN stick as any (you could try looking around to see what I've recently said about PN still provisioning new users with upload capped both on here and on other forums). But I will only criticise when it is justified and hopefully constructive.
Repeatedly posting to complain about a lack of service when the user has made it impossible for Plusnet to do anything about it is not constructive!

Re: Dreadful Service

Jelv,
I think it s time to starve this thread of the oxygen of publicity.
By the premature action of the ex-user (before anyone had a reasonable chance to help), there is nothing PN or other members can do here to help them.  Indeed they continuing to bang on their toy drum achieves nothing either.
Time to ignore their tantrums?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

As the original poster initiated the move to another supplier which has prevented any help by Plusnet this thread is serving no purpose and is therefore locked
