I'm having no luck getting through to a human and this is becoming very difficult to sort. Can someone please post here with an update/help please.

Ok, sorry to not be very optimistic but when will I get an update? After ringing 5 times today with call waits being upto 45 mins and still not getting through, I'm pretty close to sacking you guys off! We had great service for 18 months at our last place but this isn't continuing because a) we now have no service and b) what shocking service over the phones!

In essence, I have requested that your order be expedited. Typically, our suppliers would have gotten back to us by now.
I have sent them chasers throughout the day, though I must admit that at this point we may not hear back until tomorrow. I'll keep you updated.

We very much appreciate your assistance however this is a bit shambolic right now. We're without service, no idea when we will get it supplied or which dates one of us will need to book off work. Surely it cannot be this difficult. I gave up after 30mins waiting on the phone this morning. Zero confidence in this being sorted promptly.

This is ridiculous. Spoke to someone just now who then put me through to provisionals and once again sat on hold.  20 mins and counting. What the hell is going on with our service! I'm guessing we have a right to terminate and get a different provider as we've moved home and you guys have provided no service or even appear to be close to us getting it and our original contract had expired!

Come on plusnet, another day has passed and I've gotten nowhere. Broadband is vital to my freelance work and I'm literally crippled right now without an Internet connection!

So having spoken to someone this morning, it appears we've been given a new date of 06.10.15 between 1300-1800. Hopefully this goes through without hitch. Poor service though that no one told us BTO cancelled last minute and had allocated this new slot.

Matty mentioned an expedited order above.
That doesn't sound like an expedited order time scale which I thought would have been within a few days.

Definitely not  expedited and  it'll be 30 days without service in reality as we moved on the 7th of September and originally, the soonest they could do our home move was the 18th of September.
