Engineer never turned up

Engineer was supposed to come on the 30/11 but never showed up. I have left it this long to see if they would send me an email to tell me what is going on but I haven't received anything. the router never arrived either and our contract with virgin ends this month which will leave us with no Internet over Christmas unless something is done.

Sorry for the issues with your order. I've just taken a look and can't actually find any orders in place. I've asked our provisioning team to take a further look and see what's happening.

I received an email confirming the appointment time and the money has been taken out of my bank account so the order should have been placed.
