Engineer no show.....

So after opening a ticket and BT closing it for no reason and then PN re-opening it and arranging an Engineer Visit for this afternoon I should really have expected things to go wrong.

Made arrangements so I could be home for the afternoon, made alternative arrangements for my wife to get home from work ( We share a 50 mile commute).

Sat and waited...

Nothing...

6pm comes and goes

Nothing from the engineer... nothing from anybody.

Really not very happy about this at all.

Sorry that the engineer didn't arrive, unfortunately we don't find out about this until after the event generally. I'm glad to see that one did attend the next day though.
