Hi,
I'm so fed up with plusnet customer service.
They never give you a straight answer, always
leave you waiting for ages on the phone. The latest
is that they have tried to charge me £50 for an
engineer's visit in which the fault was found externally
at the exchange and on the other occasion, their engineer
failed to turn up. On top of the stress, they don't deal
efficiently with complaints. I was contacted by the
Customer service and then they left me waiting
because the person who was supposed to answer
my question had to pass me to someone. Waiting still! boring, unprofessional service
