Just want to say. Thank you to the guys and gals, who have provided me with EXCELLENT customer service over the holiday period... I have contacted them via "Live Chat" a couple of times.... first was only 1 person waiting.. and second only 6 persons on chat before me.... both were EXCELLENT results...
Makes a nice change to be able to praise PlusNet for the service, instead of having to wait forever and a day on the phone listening to MUZAK .
