Excellent Service - Thank you!

I've been with Plusnet for 12 months and the times I've needed to call the help desk/call centre has been great with all staff going above and beyond to help. I'm moving so having to cancel my line unfortunately but even though that's the case I had fantastic service today from Adam M (ticket 189805351). He took the time to explain my options clearly but then continued investigate my call further even though he didn't need to and called me back within 10 minutes with a great offer that gets me out of a spot, which I accepted.

 

Can't fault the service of my broadband or the service of Plusnet staff.

 

Mods - any way to make sure this gets back to the management team for the help desk provisioning agent (Adam M) would be appreciated.
