I transferred from BT in less than a week, Router arrived Wednesday, connection with Plusnet arrived one day sooner than expected, all has worked superbly well so far, enough to say my connection speed seems faster and I dont have a lowly 10gb cap anymore! Thanks to Mattie et al at Plusnet for the help and support in getting it all up and going seemlessly.

Welcome to the forum Saurus. Nice to hear some good news. Just coming up to two years since I migrated from Claranet - no regrets.
A complex system that does not work is invariably found to have evolved from a simpler system that worked just fine
