I've just had a dig into the ordering system and the order has cancelled with an error of "No DSLAM Ports Available". I suspect that an engineer might have turned up, gone to the cab and then left after realising there wasn't any ports left
We'll need to reorder your fibre install unfortunately. I'm going to talk to our prov team about sorting that.

Would it be possible to get this ordered today for an installation date before Christmas? I was promised an expedited install some time ago and it would be great to get this finally done before Christmas - Thanks

I am still getting only 4048 kbps (506kB/s) download speed but I suppose something needs to be configured at the Plusnet end - Is that correct?

It is however 17265 kbps upload speed

It might be worth restarting your router and Openreach Modem, if you could?

It seems that for some reason that the PlusNet speed tester only shows between 3000 and 5000 kbps on download (same as my old DSL2 speeds) My uploads show correctly at 17740 kbps - strange, but certainly not a problem.
