So far so good.
Raised a ticket for fibre
Got myself an install date
this morning at 07:52 my ADSL light on my router / modem went out
5 mins later, OR engineer turns up
2 Mins later gets greeted at door
16 Mins later my fibre install was complete and fully working
new faceplate and socket installed
Working flawlessly
Thanks to everyone who made it possible.

Hi tinytim, what's the issue?
Hi Adam, sorry about the delay...
All fixed, wanted to change the default port range for the lan due to some legacy issues but i managed to get a firmware upgrade for one of my bits of kit which sorted the issue.
Cheers,
Tim
ps, only had one problem so far since i signed up - cant be bad
