Well despite the call on Friday 10th Jan promising to call me back on Monday 13th Jan I have heard nothing.  I would normally have chased it myself a little earlier but due to some tragic circumstances it has been the last thing on my mind.  Well now I am chasing.
Come on plus net, where is the call?  You have 2 issues to resolve following the call on 10th Jan.  Kelly you have a PM.

The latest plusnet advert actually made me smile, for all the wrong reasons, because it is so true in a perverse way.
Watch it yourself with the sound turned down and look at what you're shown.
There's a man busy serving customers their drinks. But then he gets pushed out the way so another man can make a giant drink all for himself, while completely ignoring the queueing customers.
Are the advertisers trying to tell us something?
