Fantastic Service

I just wanted to say what fantastic service I have just experienced from a member of the Plusnet Team - [removed] I had a real problem with my usage going up and he got straight to the bottom of it and dealt with my problem in an extremely professional, quick and efficient manner. His level of personal service absolutely surpassed my expectations and I only wish there were more people within the Customer Service Industry like him. Frankly it is the best customer service I have received in years - he is a great  asset to your company.
Please ensure that this is passed onto the right people in order that my sentiments are heard and Ismail's excellent customer service is noted as it is service like this which makes people use and stay with Plusnet!
