Can any PN staff
please ask James Bailey - CSC - Team Managers
to either PM me or call on my registered Mobile.
I need an outbreak of Sanity !
Back to a substandard service, poor customer service and 120 hour updates.

Hi there,
I can see you've spoken to us about your fault since you posted and that an engineer is due to visit this afternoon.
I hope that helps towards resolving the issue.
I can give James a heads up but you'd need to follow the process outlined here if you want to make a complaint: http://www.plus.net/support/service/policies/complaints_code_of_practice.shtml?source=keymatch

Yes please give him a shout.
I think I know the complaints process fairly well by now unfortunately but I am taking him at his word, which was “give him a shout”
