Fed up with router return bags!

Ben (one of our products team) is talking to the warehouse about stopping this. We've tried everything from our side already.

i can understand where you're coming from like you've tried everything you can do but isn't there a way of like resetting the order in any way like just delete it?

Just a gentle word of suggestion to PN - How about saying sorry?
I've just reviewed this thread and, apart from "Sorry about that!" from Adam on the first reply 10 days ago I see no further apology for the fact that this is taking so long to sort out or for the continued inconvenience to Jason.  On the other hand, despite being castigated for posting rapid replies, Jason has shown great restraint and understanding even though the joke must be wearing exceedingly thin...

i don't mean to be a pain but could i have three label's sent to me please because i have been sent another load of router return bags and i want to return them ASAP please?

all together? if so then the number of return bags i have been sent over the past 2 months is about 200

Plusnet: I suggest you send him about 20 labels to save him from having to keep asking for them. It's obvious you are totally incapable of stopping the returns bags being set to him.

its actually getting to a point of me getting in my door and they are just piled up waiting for me arrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggg at least i only have a few months left on my contract then im gone!

Really sorry Jason, this is ridiculous and I'm annoyed that we haven't been able to stop this yet. We'll get some more bags sent and I'll chase the team to push the warehouse to stop sending these to you.

Couldn't you just fill a return bag with return bags and return it? (sorry)
