Matt, thankyou for your help, and I appologise if I was a little arsey, its just very frustrating when you are told one thing, and another happens.
There have been several small, but silly mistakes made with my order, which hopefully, by my complaints, can be stopped from happening to other people.
The service I have received from you and Mand has been exceptional, and I appreciate it alot.
I dont know if I am wrong, but it seems to me that Plusnet has grown in size alot recently, and are struggling with the extra work load.
I do appreciate it hasent all been the fault of Plusnet, but as I pay Plusnet and not BT, its Plusnet that I show my frustration to.
However, compaired to the awful world of Tiscali customer service, Plusnet is amazing!!
The caller display on my line is working now, so thanks for that.
Fingers crossed my broadband will be working, trouble free, next week!
