I have a problem, I reported it, it was supposedly being fixed. An email came to give feedback - the link was not working so I couldn't respond. I signed in to my account and eventually found the section that said the query had been closed, straightaway almost. A box flashed up to ask for feedback - this time it was a blank, so still not able to give feedback. Though I don't have completely the same problem (connections timing out nearly every time) it is running very slow and the fact that I can't respond to give any feedback is infuriating. Why ask for it if a link can't be provided for me to do so???

- have had no information whatsoever from Plusnet
- I have had same problem for a long time. Was given dates when Openreach would come to test the line. This then cancelled and toldl to do another speedtest
- I then receive a test asking me for my opinion 1 - 5
- I would say 0.
- they simply do not answer my query as to what is happening. Yesterday Darren of customer services said he would be personally sorting it out. Still nothing. This service is not fit for purpose. Oh
