Feedback Tab.

A feedback tab has appeared on my tablet, forum page, and is positioned at the side of the page often blocking the red reply post tab....

How do I get rid of this thing, completing the feedback does not get rid of it.

Only appeared a few days ago but quite annoying....

Using a iPad.

Are you able to take a screen capture of this for posting please @gleneagles.

On your iPad press the top and Volume up buttons to capture the screen.

The feedback tab is also present on my PC.

Clicking it takes you to another survey page.

Yep, I noticed it had appeared a few days ago.  Moderately annoying.

When I first noticed it I thought it was some sort of label telling me I was reading the 'Feedback' section of the forum and went elsewhere expecting it might change to something else, but no.

I also tried clicking it but didn't fill in the feedback form, and like @gleneagles found that I seem to be stuck with it.

Mmm, that's something I don't see on Safari OSX Big Sur, but I only have essential cookies enabled it may or may not have something to do with that. Or maybe its waiting its turn.

May sound odd but it’s worse than the screen shot shown....that screen shot shows a slight gap between the red post tab and the feedback tab but when the iPad is in vertical position it obscures the red post tab, sure I can scroll to shift it but it a b nuisance, the other solution is to use the tablet in horizontal mode which does give a good gap but the point is why should I have to be dealing with this issue anyway ?

Is there any way to block this thing ?

Well I've just managed to block the text from the button using AdBlock so now I'm just seeing a blank rectangle.

I'm off to do something else (i.e. have a late breakfast) but might have a look at finishing the job a bit later.

I suspect that's down to screen resolution @gleneagles

I've just logged in on my iPad and I too see this Tab as you can see from the screen capture. However for me it's not in the way of any buttons regardless of orientation, so it maybe as @RobPN suggest @gleneagles down to your resolution.

Interesting - I don't see that on my laptop, but I use Firefox and uBlock Origin, which i suspect treats it as what it is - irritating carp.

Will have a look on the iPad once it has finished charging, but I suspect it will appear on there as I don't have any extra blocking program, other than the FF rules being as tight as I can make them without upsetting my browsing experience.

EDIT - as I thought, that annoyance pops up on the iPad, but doesn't obscure anything - 9.7" tablet at default settings.
