I rang the support line twice this morning with a problem that's probably nothing to do with PlusNet (bouncing emails using MSOutlook and returning a 552 error - not an unknown problem according to my research). I haven't got a definitive solution yet but that isn't important as I've used the phone instead  Smiley
I'm never slow to complain if I've got a gripe so I feel that its just as important to express my appreciation when its appropriate so this is just a public thank you for the attitude and helpfulness of both your agents.
