Getting fed up now

Thanks for getting back to me, I'm not sure if the line card replacement will improve it, however im sure a lift and shift 2 weeks ago would have. Rather fustrating

I completely understand your frustrations, and please be assured that we will continue to chase Openreach until you are happy that the matter has been resolved
We will try and keep you updated as often as possible with any progress and I do apologise agin for the time its taking
