Good Customer Service

HI,  I would like to thank the lady who helped me with a connection problem this morning.  I had problems with the connection after a reset and she explained the problem, talked me through it and got it all up and running.  Also, I'm now getting everything UK based instead of USA which was the original problem.  I'm sorry I don't remember her name but she was very friendly, helpful and professional and a credit to Plusnet.

I called PlusNet  a few minutes ago to ask about charges for emoji because a friend who is with EE gets charged

I got through straight away no wait at all and spoke to a very knowledgeable young man who sorted it out.

I totally agree first class service for a very reasonable cost
