Good customer service DOES exist at Plusnut

Recently decided to go full fibre but concerned re lack of a land line so planned to start move to BT.  Had a change of mind so phoned Plusnet and the advisor was first class, he explained my options in 'simple' language (I'm a non-techi 75+) and I opted to renew my existing contract with Plusnet.  Have been with Plusnet around 10 years and yes had occassional issues with speed and drop outs but show me an ISP which doesn't. So MarkF thanks and 5 stars to you!!

Re: Good customer service DOES exist at Plusnut

Indeed - renewal of the EXISTING service is a pragmatic approach to delaying the move to VoIP either one's self or via going over to the dark side and leaving Plusnet entirely ... possibly with the attendant loss of email.

I emphasise EXISTING service as any change in the BB product (even if copper borne) will entail the loss of the PTSN service.
