Good service so far
I just looked at my account details page on the member centre, and realised i've been with Plusnet for around 7 years. 
Starting off on my dial-up, then upgrading to broadband, and also through two home moves.
Sure they had a few Customer Service and technical issues a few years back when Max went live, but on the whole it's been a great service. To date i've had very little issues with service quality and speed, certainly nothing i wouldn't expect from any other ISP.
The only thing that annoys me is a reply to a support ticket with a generic answer asking you for info you've already given them if they'd only take the time to read it carefully
So, here's a little shout out for Plusnet. Keep up the good work.
