I have a friend who is on TalkTalk and would like to move to Plusnet.
Unfortunately the bill payer, who outranks him believes in the motto 'if it's not broken don't fix it'

Perhaps s/he will think differently when confronted with the ISP's motto - 'If it's broken don't fix it without hassle'.
