There are always plenty of posts on the forum from users with issues, so I would like to start a thread for users to name the people who have provided good assistance, solved issues for people, and follow through on promises.
My thanks go to Gandalf (Anoush) who has on three occasions in the past 9 months, solved my cashback, billing and broadband contract issues. He always fulfils his promises, follows things through to completion, and invites further contact in case any further issues arise. He has provided customer service second to none.

Cheers for the post @Tigger17 and kind words. Really good to see. No problem at all though, happy to help in any way I can.

I did spend a few days working at my parents’ house in Cheshire not long ago (Perks of having a laptop) so not just Sheffield.

Glad this thread has been raised, well done to the OP.
Yes I do want to name somone, hope I don't get told off for naming CS members.
However I nominate @SammyM.
My mother passed away in November, and the PlusNet account is in my name but I changed the direct debit details to my mothers when I moved out. Since we've had the fun and games to going to a library getting the death certificates, then paying for them. We've had to ring people around and tell her bank. So of course the account is going though probate and is locked.
She has left a will (thankfully). Luckily for us, my mum's sister (also no longer with us), daugther's husband is a solicitor so the will is in his hands. Handy to have a solicitor in the family! I said to my sister we'll have to pay him for his time of course.
I tried to change the bank details from mum's to my sisters. I was getting an error and I raise it on here.
Sammy rung me pretty quickly, said she fixed the problem. She had. Problem solved.
Not only did she fix the problem, but said some very nice things about my mum and put her outself out to be the really nice person she is in life.
Sammy I want to thank you on two levels:
10% - For fixing my problem.
90% - This is important for me. This has nothing to do with PlusNet or my problem. This is personal against you. Thank you big time for the kind words you said about my mum. I honestly cannot thank you enough.
My regret was not saying this to you on the phone. I am pleased I got this off my chest as it has been on my mind.
Sorry all for the length and I apologise about this post being a bit morbid. Sorry it is not more cheerful all, but this is what happens to people.
Again Sammy, thank you. I hope you read my post and you know how much I really appreciate your efforts. You were so professional and kind I want you to know you put a smile on my face.
I don't think I have ever dealt with anyone, ever in any CS role as good as you. You deserve the Alex Olympic Gold in CS big time.

Hi @Alex,
Thank you for your kind words you had me proper tearing up this morning and the cat looked at me in horror thinking she had done something to me 😂
It really was lovely speaking with you and honestly, I am always happy to help.
I never win anything so I will treasure this I promise.
You deserve the Alex Olympic Gold in CS big time
P.S

No worries Sammy,
Thanks for your help, I would have the wrath of my sister on my case if it weren't for you. Especially as she is WFH at the moment. Thanks for giving my ear drums a rest. It wouldn't be good for me, seriously 😀
May have to go over there later, I will ring her in about 20 minutes and if she wants anything. Hope your cat is fine and I didn't freak her out too much. 😁
She has three over at hers so I may pop by and say hello, my niece would moan at me too if she couldn't use her iPad. Or NOW TV. No news is good news round there, as somebody once said.
