Re: Happy Customer after 6 years

I was hoping for something 'from the horse's mouth' so to speak but I thank my honourable friend for pointing me in the direction of an alternate source.

I started with Free-online in 1998, then PN bought out Free-online so I haven't changed providers for 15 years. Dial up wasn't a problem, ADSL wasn't a problem, but I have had loads of problems with ADSL2, it has cost me a small fortune too with PN not being able to rectify, and making some of the problems worse.
I am stagnant at the moment as I have basically stopped playing online games because of the lagg and micro stutter, so all I can really complain about is the web pages not loading, or taking an age to load, and 7 times out of 10, I type a post, hit post and I get a screen telling me PN are not responding or web page doesn't exist (or words to that effect). I am not quick to blame PN for the webpages though, as I am leaning towards IE 10 being the problem.

Have you tried this in another browser?

Re: Happy Customer after 6 years

I haven't tried another browser Chris, the only 2 I have ever used is Netscape and IE. .
This is what I get when the webpages don't want to open, it keeps doing this for a few minutes, then it will start working again.
"This page can't be displayed
•Make sure the web address http:// www .lse. co. uk is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes.
Fix connection problems"
When I click Fix connection problems, it says the website firewall is preventing it, or words to that effect

Is this on more than one device?
If you're able to run a traceroutre via a command prompt when you get the webpage error that may be useful.
