Fibre is being installed on Monday and everything is going smooth so far.  Router arrived today, which is very quick seeing as the site at about 10pm last night said it hadn't been dispatched yet  I do hope nothing will go wrong 
I have been with Plusnet for over 10 years and it has been wonderful.  I cannot remember anything going wrong and here is to another 10 years

Fibre installed, took less than an hour and was connected straight away.  Getting max speeds already   Not a single problem!
