Hi All
Is it me or is Plusnet Customer Service going downhill? I am considering upgrading to fibre or going to another provider as there are some very good deals around at the moment.
Spoke to someone via webchat but they werent able to help & said I needed to speak to the Customer Options Team but they were closed at the time. Fair enough speak to them the next day.
Eventually got to speak to someone who gave me upgrade choices and offered discount. I asked for all info to be emailed, yes no problem came the answer.
Havent received anything but I was able to add an update to the original webchat. Had a reply to that which says they have no record of the conversation with the COT and the subject has been closed.
Very helpful, perhaps I should jut leave anyway....

it's already at the bottom of the hill with moss growing over it.

Unfortunately PN is on the slippy slope to a Has Been
samsung 850evo 250gig , WD black 2 TB . Asus Phoebus sound ,
16 gig Avexir ram 2400 , water cooling Corsair H100i gtx ,
Corsair 750HXI Psu , Phanteks Enthoo pro case .

I've got the chat record and I've sent it to you here. I'll feed back on the agent that advised that they couldn't see the chat as the reference is clearly documented on your account.
