Yes, though the failure rate is significant. I try to provide feedback when she fails.

Hi ChrisL,
I'm sorry to hear you're having issues using 'Jess'. If you've a specific question, I'd be happy to answer it if I can?

@ ChrisL
Yes but no more than the finger count on one hand and even then it depended on the way the query was phrased.

Edit: to be fair I've probably only asked Jess around ten questions in total so I suppose that means it's a forty percent success rate  Tongue

@Chris Pettitt
Thanks for the offer, Chris, but it sort of misses the point....  If  we have to come to you for answers anyway, what's the point of the 'tool'? (Sorry Jess, but you are a tool!)
Actually, all I wanted to know was the cost of upgrading my phone service to Anytime. I've searched huge swathes of Plusnet webshite without finding out. I'm not making a formal enquiry in case somebody thinks I'm seriously considering it.
Best wishes

It helps us find out where we are lacking in information, or if the information is there but hard to find.

Re: Has anybody EVER had a question satisfactorily answered by 'Jess'?

I've only just come back to plusnet and I asked Jess one question.
The reply was exactly what I needed and saved me trying to find the information though the member centre.  (I needed to know the connection settings as I'll be using my own router - I did think of just using the BT Openreach modem as a router but decided against it.)

I do understand that Jess, like the rest of us, needs to learn as she goes along. I'm feeling a bit ashamed of my impatience now  Embarrassed

Hi ChrisL,
I'm sorry you weren't able to find the information you were looking for on our website. I can confirm that if you wished to add Talk Anytime to your current package then it would be an additional £5 a month. You can use the account change tool on the member centre to add this yourself.

Re: Has anybody EVER had a question satisfactorily answered by 'Jess'?

Thanks Linn.  I rarely spend as much as £5 per month on landline calls, so I'll hold off making any change for now, but thanks for letting me know.
Best wishes
Chris
