Help Assistant removed - unable to view tickets

17 pages of people complaining about this issue and what have Plus Net done - ZILCH - NADA - NOTHING.
                                                                                WHY?
I want to use the ticket system for all the reasons mentioned above so come on Plus Net it's time you sorted this problem bring back the tickets

didnt PN keep saying leeds call center will make things better and improve?
yet now we have no ticket system and no support after 10PM

You could try https://portal.plus.net/wizard/index.html to raise a ticket - perhaps???
I don't know if Plusnet can be bothered to look at it though.

problem with that is
if i do it for stupidly slow line speeds ill get a reply like
you have raised the wrong ticket type for your problem please raise the correct ticket or get in contact with us blah blah blah
one wounders if PN will let me get out of my 2 years contract early or if they will try to charge me

They will charge you id love to get out of my contract but i cant.

hmm but yet again couldnt origin take over my line? even if i ow plusnet?
if thats the case i can still go then challenge any outstanding charges
anyone got any ideas?

I got out of the remaining 12 months of my contract!

Note that the ticketing system is just as it always was for business users. Business users going to https://www.plus.net/wizard/ have options for raising tickets with Tech Support and Customer Services. So despite PlusNet's protestations here, they obviously regard the Ticketing System as an enhanced service, not replaceable with Live Chat. Peasants like us may soon be revolting! I'll certainly be looking around after more than 15 years with them.

Hi desktop, welcome to the forum.
Now that's interesting, and you know business users have 24/7 phone support that they took away from us. They won't even consider the very small number of calls they'd get from residential users overnight being handled by the team they now have on for business users - that was only a recent improvement for business users!

Logically I would have thought the number of overnight business calls to be a tiny fraction of the small number of residential calls!

Precisely. We did suggest though that the residential calls could be in a lower priority queue so as not to compromise business service

I wonder if the overnight business calls are diverted to someone on call at home?

What about all the other streams of stuff/tasks that they used to do at night? Some might/are not be possible from home.

Its astonishing. I heard they removed all the easy links to support as they were getting overwhelmed.  Its actually IMPOSSIBLE TO SEND A SUPPORT TICKET ON THE NEW SITE IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR HOURS.
