We do allow customers to put their account on hold for up to 6 months without additional charges. This tends to be done in circumstances such as customers living in temporary accommodation for a while or have some financial difficulties for a while. Alternatively I could always advise changing (if appropriate) to the cheapest package available, we do still have dialup accounts available should the financial sittuation of the individual necessitate such a saving being made. If in financial difficulties the responsibility to deal with them lies with the customer, although we can help out in the ways I've mentioned above.
