Hi there,
I do write this to maybe get some more information, and maybe a reason why things are like this?
First of all; I did order (and pay for internet back in october) until this day - 21st of february I still havent used a single kb of plus.net!
Yeah I am on a dongle! Been paying for plusnet internet since oct and a dongle too acctually GET ONLINE.
I as a customer have called the help center loads of times.. More of that later.
The issue here is that I havent recieved what i ordered yet. They have tried to send it to me since october, I see myself as a customer who are reasonable - but enough is enough! soon 6 months of internet I have paid for which i havent used. Always the same message when i call you guys. Let us send out a new router - it will be there in 3-5 days!
When i ordered the net back in october i ordered it knowing that it wouldnt last for long, (since we're only here studying - And will leave back to Norway early june)
Now I dont even know if i want to try out the internet which I have been paying for - seeing as there is 3 months until I am leaving back to Norway - Maybe i should just get my money refunded and go with the dongle?
One lad i spoken to at the billing help line told me that they wouldnt refund what i have paid, but maybe he could sort me out with a discount on the coming months from when i get the router which i am waiting for.
I know that in Norway if someone would threat customers like this they wouldnt last for long, they would be beheaded by both the customers and a consumer council.
Help me out here.. What to do? 😐

Hi FraKon,
It looks like the warehouse aren't getting the full address for some reason, I'm looking into this at the moment. In the mean time I've sent another out which should get to you in a couple of days - I realise you've heard this before but I've rearranged the address (the worry - and what we're looking into - is that some of the address fields are joined together when submitted and some of the characters are lost from the end when sent, in your case missing the flat number from the end of the house number field) so it should get to you this time. I'll keep an eye on it for you.

I acctually had a knock on my door today - Now its just to install the router and start using it. Thanks mark - It shouldnt take this long but still now its here.
I also trust that you can sort out my payments I done with you lads since october. So that I pay from this day until the day Im not using it anymore 6th of June.

Hi there,
I've just checked your account and can see that we have only just started charging for broadband from the 22nd (2 days ago). The only charges made so far are for line rental which is a service we have been providing to you and I would assume without any issues.
