House Moving

I am currently in the process of moving into a new property with my girlfriend. I was looking to have a complicated process where I was paying for one account and then starting a new service at the same time in another property.
I had spoken to Justin from the house moving team and he really helped me out and made sure I got the best deal. With a bit of negotiation, he allowed me to get this all sorted out quickly and without any cancellation fees.
I have nothing but good things to say about the moving team. I am very grateful! I don't think you get service like this elsewhere. Especially not Sky or BT!

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
